That's too much Heineken to look at, let alone contemplate drinking.

Back in our hostel, Brandi suffering from a laughing fit. No idea why she was looking in a mirror.

Fabulous authentic Dutch food. From left: appleflapp, miniature pancakes and gooey delicious fruit cake. Best of all... they gave me real Canadian maple syrup with the pancakes. Mmm. We came back to the same little pastry shop half a dozen times.

The foyer in the Rembrandt House. At first, I was thrilled and then realized these weren't all Rembrandts; most are from his peers or pupils. Still, it was a great experience and I attended two brief workshops with interesting demonstrations of how Rembrandt made his paint and engravings.

Hundreds of drivers who tried to flee Downtown Indianapolis ahead of the season's first big snowstorm Thursday instead found themselves trapped for hours in gridlock.
Hardest hit was the Northeastside, where vehicles crawled along I-69, Shadeland Avenue and Fall Creek Road, maneuvering treacherously slick, hilly roads. Several cars were abandoned on the roads because they ran out of gas, worsening the problem.
Tom Dyer, a 48-year-old business manager who works Downtown, arrived home in Castleton about 8 p.m. after a four-hour drive -- a commute that normally takes 30 minutes.
After hearing of an overturned truck on I-465, Dyer decided to take Fall Creek Parkway to the Northeastside, he said.
"About every 10 blocks there was a stalled car or somebody who had slid off," he said.
